Monitoring

The final objective of the Monitoring is to verify that the actions are carried out as planned, that the funds are used correctly and that the performance indicators evolve in the desired direction.

The RIS3Andalucía Monitoring Plan generates information on the execution, the fulfilment of the planned objectives, the evolution of the results, the possible deviations and their causes, alerting those responsible for unforeseen situations with solid data on which to make operational and strategic decisions.

Basic conditions: continuity and integration in management to make it objective, timely, effective, efficient, adaptable, coordinated and proactive.
